Meet the Doctor: Dr Saima Khan M.D., M.P.H.
Dr Saima Khan is a board certified specialist in Internal Medicine who has been practicing for over 20 years. She earned her undergraduate degree and her Masters in Public Health at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and then went on to medical school at Wayne State University. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in Chicago at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital where she was the recipient of several peer and faculty awards. Dr. Khan then moved back to Michigan to join her father as a family doctor at Family Practice Care, PLLC located in Warren, MI.
As an Internist, Dr. Khan provides comprehensive care of adults including management of chronic conditions such as Diabetes and Hypertension as well as performing gynecologic and wellness exams. Dr. Khan cares and advocates for her patients with compassion and skill, seeking to create a partnership to help people optimize their emotional, physical and mental health. She places a great emphasis on educating her patients and gives them the time and attention they need and is committed to being the best doctor for her patients. Dr. Khan has staff privileges at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital and Beaumont Hospital GrossePointe. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
